Stage 1

Make your 600 Rev run like it's a 700 or 800! This package starts out with our Stealth single pipe or you can send us your pipe for our pipe mod. Both allow you to run the stock heat shield if you want to look and sound like stock. Our pipe even goes right into the stock muffler. This pipe alone makes a huge gain of 9 horsepower! Next install the trick looking BMP performance manifold for an easy 2-3 HP. The Boyesen Rage Cages give you a great holeshot and the intake boots won't tear like stock ones. Then you get two 2" diameter Flow Rites for the airbox and we finish the kit off with our awesome Stage 2 clutch kit. This whole package will gain you 15-16 HP so you jump up to around 135 HP!!  This kit is very reliable and will make your 600 rip! You will really surprise many bigger CC sleds with this package.

SDI models require small fuel changes so a Boondocker EFI controller is included.

Stage 3

Add porting to your stage 1 kit and look out! This motor loves porting, pushing the motor over the 142-143 HP mark with our strong running kit!!
