This fits our old style end cap. Most exhaust purchased after 1/1/16 use our new style end cap and would need to use the 2.5" spark arrestor as the quiet core/spark arrestor. If you are unsure which one you need, there is an easy way to tell. Our new style has a 1/4" hole in the exit of the end cap. This is where the new style spark arrestor bolts into externally. If yours does not have that hole, you need the older style quiet core. Please call if you need assistance.

This quiet core bolts right into most Bikeman UTV or ATV exhaust systems with the billet end cap.  This includes Sportsman 800, All 800 RZR's, as well as Ranger 700's and 800's.  This does not include XP 900 RZR systems.  Made from steel perforated tube this lowers dB's while still maintaining maximum flow.   High temp thread lock recommended upon install.
